3D Segmentation of Cells in QPI

3D cell segmentation pipeline for quantitative phase image stacks

Developed a 3D segmentation pipeline for cell detection and volume estimation in quantitative phase image z-stacks. Combines classical morphological operations with learned features to segment individual cells without fluorescent labels.
